Thank you for your interest in joining us as a vendor at the Lexington Pride Festival. The 2025 Lexington Pride Festival Vendor Application are now available! Please read the information below carefully and if you have any questions please feel free to email us at vendors@lexpridefest.org.
2025 Vendor Types and Rates
After 05/01/2025, all applicants will be charged a $100 late fee.
Kentucky Based Pride Organization - $0
KY Artisan - $200
Nonprofit Organizations - $200
Out of State Artisan - $400
Small Independent Businesses - $400
Political - $400
Large Business/Corporation/Franchise - $600
Food Vendor - $600
(Due to changes in Kentucky tax laws, vendor fees are now subject to a 6% sales tax that will be added to the invoice)
If you are LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and/or disabled artisan or small business owner or a nonprofit and the vendor costs as listed are prohibitive for you, please email vendors@lexpridefest.org and request an application to be considered for a lower cost Community Solidarity Sponsorship Rate. These sponsorships are limited and intended to ensure equitable access to the festival for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and/or disabled vendors and small nonprofits that provide affirming support to the LGBTQIA+ community.
